ave you ever met a couple that lifts your spirit while you are around them? A couple that is SO easy to get along with and is extremely funny?! There aren't too many couples like them and Steve and I have had such a wonderful time getting to know both Katie and Paul during their engagement session and now their wedding. We first met with them for a drink and some appetizers and talked about EVERYTHING. We felt at ease immediately while we sipped on our cocktails and talked about wedding details. We love establishing relationships with our clients and it wasn't hard to get along with these two! We were blown away by how generous and loving both of them were.
Katie and Paul ran into a few bumps in the road while planning the wedding. Due to some economic changes in the world, the wedding site they had originally picked was no longer available along with a few other things for the couple on their wedding day. When I heard the news, I was blown away by their positive attitudes! As a lot of us know, STRESS can take over wedding planning but I was BLOWN away by how well both Katie and Paul handed all the planning. They had such positive attitudes the entire time and I enjoyed watching them plan the big day. I have to mention how sweet and personable Katie was to work with. Stephen and I were married just a few weeks before Katie and Paul, and Katie would always write such sweet e-mails asking how our planning was going. It meant so much to connect that way with Katie. Of course, Paul is a perfect match for Katie since he is one of the SWEETEST gentlemen around! It was a true honor to watch these two interact on their wedding day. THANK YOU both for giving us this opportunity! Katie and Paul decided on the beautiful FireRock Country Club in Fountain Hills to be the wedding venue and the day was PERFECT, as was the weather. It was truly an honor. Thank you and I wish you two the VERY best!! To watch a slideshow of the rest of the day, click HERE
I LOVE LOVE LOVE how happy they both look here!!
I love watching the groom as the bride walks down the isle.
Katie and Paul decided they wanted to honor both their parents by giving them a dance together. SO cute!
