I
had the wonderful pleasure of spending a few hours with Laura, Aaron and beautiful baby Nola, to document little Nola as she is almost one. I can't believe how fast time has passed. Am I really getting this old? I mean, im still really young but when my best friends start to have cute kids... Im starting to feel a little behind in the game. Ok... maybe im exaggerating... But I cant believe we are all grown up. I've known Laura since kindergarten. I look back at our photos as kids and laugh at our hair do's and funny little outfits. Our jellies with folded down socks were my absolute all time favorite. Little mermaid, princess dresses and no-one can forget about playing house. Those were the times we dreamed of having our own family and "cooking" for our husband and children, that at the time were cabbage patch kids and maybe a ken doll. Looks like things panned out for us :) I am so proud of Laura as she has become such a beautiful talented woman of God. She never ceases to amaze me. If you know Laura, you would know that she is extremely intelligent and you can see it poured out in her art. Painting is her expertise but almost everything Laura touches just looks beautiful. Laura met Aaron while we were in college and I can't imagine Laura with anyone else. He is funny, charming and a blast to be around. A hilarious teacher to 5th graders and a caring dad. Nola seems to have some great genes ahead of her! I can't wait to watch her grow up and become something great. I love you guys and pray the Lord blesses you abundantly.
An early glimpse of Nola... maybe she will be a scholar?
Ok. Those legs are amazing. This might just be my favorite photo :)
She got a little grumpy. Just for a second....
Don't worry everyone.... Nola is ok.
